On November 15, 2019, Canada issued the ITQ W8476-175567/F for the ERC Project. This ITQ is Phase I of the ERC Project. Following Canada’s evaluation of the responses provided by Suppliers during this Phase I, six Suppliers qualified as Qualified Suppliers for the ERC Project. Their names have been published on the Qualified Suppliers List which can be found at https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/PW-BL-316-27563. On January 31, 2020, Canada issued the ITQ W8476-175567/H for the ERC Project, again for ITQ Phase I of the ERC Project. No additional Qualified Supplier were added to the list as a result of this ITQ.

Pursuant to subsection 2.6.4 of the ITQ document, Canada has decided to once again republish the ITQ Phase. This will allow other Suppliers which would like to qualify as Qualified Suppliers to submit a Response to try to qualify as Qualified Supplier. The ITQ qualification requirements remain exactly the same for this third round of the ITQ Phase. Canada will conduct this qualification process in the same manner as the two previous ITQ qualification processes. The same terms and conditions will apply.

The Qualified Suppliers which are already on the Qualified Suppliers List must NOT submit a response for this third round of the ITQ Phase. The reopening of the ITQ Phase is only to allow other suppliers to qualify on this list if their response meets the qualification requirements of the ITQ Phase.
