(7.62 mm) Weapon Systems

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the provision of commercial-off-the-shelf Precision (7.62 mm)
Weapons.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria identified
in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3 of Annex A and Annex B, to be declared
responsive. The five (5) responsive bids with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. 
The Crown reserves the right to award additional contract(s) for
items 001 - 004 detailed in Annex G - Basis of Payment, to
bidders who have complied with the requirements of the bid
solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
criteria identified in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3 of Annex A and
Annex B, on a case by case basis.
