Nature of Requirements: 

Transport Canada, Technical Services requires a TC or FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) approved facility to strip, paint and refinish the exterior of one de Havilland DHC-7 Surveillance aircraft in accordance with the applicable drawings, OEM Maintenance Manuals and Service Bulletins specified herein. This requirement also includes Additional Work Requirements for repairs found upon inspection.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
