    This amendment is raised to add the questions and answers as
    indicated below. All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.

    Item 1:  The following work is to do a Rental of Engine
    PT6A-114A for Montreal Air Section for Aircraft C-FSUJ.
    
    
    Item 2:  The following work is to be completed on Engine
    PT6A-114A Serial No. PCE-19250.
    
    1.  Perform engine overhaul as per Pratt & Whitney Canada
    PT6A-114A Ovehaul manual.
    2.  Overhaul facility to advise S/B's or AD's that will be
    incorporated at overhaul.
    3.  Engine log book information: component cards and engine
    build information supplied with 	      this Statement of Work.
    4.  Overhaul facility is to provide a rental P & WC PT6A-114A
    engine, Rental engine to be                operated for time
    period during overhaul on engine PT6A-114A Serial No. PCE-19250.
    5.  Engine Serial No. PCE-19250 to be shipped to overhaul
    facility in Container used to supply          rental to Montreal
    Air Section, St-Hubert, Quebec.  Engine to return to Montreal
    Air Section        on completion of overhaul.
    6.  Engine log book and component cards will be supplied with
    engine.
    7.  At this time, RCMP Air Services Branch TBO on PT6A-114A
    engine is 7500 hours.
    8.  Existing & replacement parts are to last to the next TBO
    period of 7500 hours.
    9.  Overhauld facility is to provide a time period to complete
    the engine overhaul.
    
    
    Item 3  The following work is to be completed on Engine
    PT6A-114A Serial No. PCE-19256.
    
    1.  Perform engine overhaul as per Pratt & Whitney Canada
    PT6A-114A Ovehaul manual.
    2.  Overhaul facility to advise S/B's or AD's that will be
    incorporated at overhaul.
    3.  Engine log book information: component cards and engine
    build information supplied with 	      this Statement of Work.
    4.  Engine log book and component cards will be supplied with
    engine.
    5.  At this time, RCMP Air Services Branch TBO on PT6A-114A
    engine is 7500 hours.
    6.  Existing & replacement parts are to last to the next TBO
    period of 7500 hours.
    7.  Overhauld facility is to provide a time period to complete
    the engine overhaul.
    8.  Overhauld facility is to provide shipping container to
    Vancouver Air Section, Richmond,              British Columbia.
    9.  Engine to return to Vancouver Air Section.
    
    
    Note:  The following are mandatory requirements:
    
    1.  Work must be performed at an approved Pratt & Whitney Canada
    Engine Overhaul shop.
    
    2.  Any extra work or parts not included in the contract must be
    approved by the R.C.M.P. Director of Maintenance before being
    carried out/used.
    
    3.  All documentation must meet Transport Canada's regulations.
    
    4.  Section of Air Montreal urgently need a rental motor.
    
    5.  Engine overhaul should be completed within 60 days.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
