    Requirement:
    
    For the production and delivery of a minimum of 140 belly plate
    systems and 140 front bumpers (120 will be modified from
    existing bumpers) to be used on the Prairie Support Vehicle
    fleet (2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD) for the British Army
    Training Unit Suffield (BATUS), Canadian Forces Base Suffield,
    Ralston, Alberta during the period of the Contract.  
    
    Contract period:		From date of award to April 1, 2015 inclusive.

    Optional Site Visit:
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
    tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on August 20,
    2013, at 11:00am MDT at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield,
    Ralston, Alberta. Bidders are requested to communicate with the
    Contracting Authority two (2) days before the scheduled visit to
    confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who
    will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance
    form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will
    not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be
    precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes
    to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    
    For the purposes of this procurement, Canada is acting as AGENT
    for the British Army Training Unit Suffield in accordance with
    the "Agreement Between the Government of Canada and The
    Government of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
    Ireland on British Armed Forces' Training in Canada" and the
    "Memorandum of Understanding Between The Department of National
    Defence of Canada and The Ministry of Defence of the United
    Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning British
    Armed Forces Training at Canadian Forces Base Suffield (the
