Department of National Defence on behalf of Defence Research and
Development Canada requires the provision of Food Services from
a centralized location in Medicine Hat, AB in the form of buffet
style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of
"Exercise Precise Response".  The successful contractor will
secure a dining facility within Medicine Hat, AB capable of
accommodating up to 210 adult diners; no less than 120.  The
final day is a BBQ to be held at Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Suffield, Ralston, AB

This requirement is all inclusive of the facility, labour,
materials, equipment, rentals, cleaning, waste disposal,
transportation, travel and all/any associated costs to fulfill
this service.

The period of the contract is from date of award to 31 July,
2015 inclusive.  The actual services will be meal provision from
13 July, 2015 to 30 July, 2015 and a BBQ on the 31 July, 2015 to
be held at CFB Suffield, Ralston, AB.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
