REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER

Requirement:  

For the supply and delivery of Prepared Salad Products to the
Department of National Defence at Canadian Forces Base
Suffield-Ralston & Trail's End Camp-Cochrane, Alberta as
required during the period of the Standing Offer.   

The Standing Offer will be in effect from September 1, 2012 to
August 31, 2013, divided into two (2) six-month periods, as
follows:

Periods of the Standing Offer:

Period #1:	From September 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013 inclusive;
Period #2:	From March 1, 2013 to August 31, 2013 inclusive.

Solicitation closing dates:

Offers must be submitted for each closing period, as per the
following schedule:

Closing period #1:	August 24, 2012 at 2:00pm MST 
Closing period #2:	February 11, 2013 at 2:00pm MDT


Offerors, please note the update in Part 5 - Certifications,
within the solicitation document. 
Effective July 11, 2012, a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form (available in Annex C) must be submitted with
the Offer, by the requested closing date, for each individual
who is currently on the Offeror's Board of Directors.
