REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER

FRESH FRUITS & VEGETABLES, Ralston, AB


Requirement:  

For the supply and delivery of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables to
the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Suffield, Ralston, Alberta and Trail's End Camp, Cochrane,
Alberta as required during the period of the Standing Offer.  

The Standing Offer will be in effect from September 1, 2012 to
August 31, 2013, divided into twelve (12) one-month periods.

Refresh periods of the Standing Offer:

#1:	From September 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012 inclusive;
#2:	From October 1, 2012 to October 31, 2012 inclusive;
#3:	From November 1, 2012 to November 30, 2012 inclusive;
#4:	From December 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 inclusive;
#5:	From January 1, 2013 to January 31, 2013 inclusive;
#6:	From February 1, 2013 to February 28, 2013 inclusive;
#7:	From March 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013 inclusive;
#8:	From April 1, 2013 to April 30, 2013 inclusive;
#9:	From May 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013 inclusive;
#10:	From June 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 inclusive;
#11:	From July 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013 inclusive;
#12:	From August 1, 2013 to August 31, 2013 inclusive.

Solicitation closing dates:

Offers must be submitted for each closing period, as per the
following schedule:

Closing period #1:	August 27, 2012 at 2:00pm MST
Closing period #2:	September 14 , 2012 at 2:00pm MST
Closing period #3:	October 15, 2012 at 2:00pm MST
Closing period #4:	November 15, 2012 at 2:00pm MDT
Closing period #5:	December 14, 2012 at 2:00pm MDT
Closing period #6:	January 15, 2013 at 2:00pm MDT
Closing period #7:	February 15, 2013 at 2:00pm MDT
Closing period #8:	March  15, 2013 at 2:00pm MDT
Closing period #9:	April 15, 2013 at 2:00pm MDT

Effective July 11, 2012, a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form must be submitted with the Offer, by the
requested closing date, for each individual who is currently on
the Offeror's Board of Directors.
