POTATO CHIPS - REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the provision of Potato Chips to Inmate-Funded Canteens at the following CSC institutions: 

Drumheller Institution, Drumheller, AB 
Bowden Institution, Red Deer, AB 
Edmonton Institution For Women, AB 
Pê Sâkâstêw Centre, Maskwacis, AB 

The period of the Standing Offer will be from Date of Issuance to March 31, 2020, inclusive. 

Only one Standing Offer will be issued.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

No-Substitute Justification: Requirement is for Inmate-Funded Canteens with stock rotated from inmate-generated income/ funding.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
