Only one Contract will be awarded. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s): Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
