Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the service, repair, and provision of OEM parts for existing John Deere Industrial Equipment at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield in Ralston, AB. 
The period of the Standing Offer will be for one (1) year firm with two (2) additional one-year option periods.
 
Only one Standing Offer will be issued.

There is a Security Requirement as part of this requirement. Please refer to the solicitation documents for more details.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
