REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER

For the provision of Gas Well Cleaning Services for Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield, Ralston, Alberta as required during the period of the Standing Offer and in accordance with Specification Number L-S381-9901/765 dated 12 January 2016.

The Standing Offer will be in effect for a period of 2 years, with two (2) option years.
