Bear Spray & Holsters - Regional Indvidual Standing Offer (RISO)

To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of bear spray attack deterrent and bear spray holsters, as required, by Parks Canada located in Banff, Alberta, Canada.  The period of the Standing Offer will be for one (1) year from date of issuance with two (2) additional, one (1) year periods to follow consecutively.
