Line 1, Cleaning Supplies

The Department of National Defense located at 17 WING Winnipeg, Winnipeg, Manitoba has a requirement for cleaning supplies and equipment including garbage bags, paper products, disinfectants, cleaning liquids, cleaning machines, scrubbers and extractors as per the complete list in Annex B - Basis of Payment. 

The Standing Offer shall be in place from the period of issuance until July 31st 2017 with two (2) additional one (1) year options as required.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
