Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in Brandon, Manitoba have a requirement for a used 4 wheel drive tractor for various tasks including pulling large seeding and cultivation equipment at the Research Station.
The unit must be delivered to the AAFC Research Station located at 2701 Grand Valley Road, Brandon, MB, R7A 5Y3 on or before March 29th 2019. 
The unit must meet all of the mandatory criteria listed in the Compliance Matrix in the attached excel sheet - Annex D. 
A team of mechanics at AAFC will inspect the delivered used 4 wheel drive tractor within 10 business days of delivery for compliance and acceptability. If the supplied item does not meet all the mandatory criteria as identified in their offer the supplier will be responsible for all costs associated with its return to them. 
The unit must come with a minimum 1 year warranty.
