Line 1, Garbage and Recycling Collection

To supply all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for:

1) The removal of Refuse and Recycling Material on a scheduled and “as and when requested” basis, from the Department of National Defence ( DND) and satellite sites ( Winnipeg, Manitoba), and
2) The removal of Waste Paper, Cardboard, Plastic and Glass Recycling and “as and when requested” basis, from the Department of National Defence ( DND) and satellite sites ( Winnipeg, Manitoba), and
3) The removal of Refuse and Recycling Material on a scheduled from the Married Quarters within DND residential sites at Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
