Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Edmonton will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 11 am (local time). Due to limited staff available, bidders are strongly encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery that are available should the solicitation allow .
