REQUEST FOR STANIDNG OFFER
BUILDING CONTROL SYSTEMS

Requirement:

A Regional Master Standing Offer for a Building Control
Technician to supply all material, equipment, labour and
supervision to perform repairs, regular and preventive
maintenance for the building system controls and their devices.
The contractor will perform inspections, testing, calibration,
cleaning and repair or replacement of parts needed to keep the
system operational on an as required basis, at the National
Research Council and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada located in
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in accordance with the specifications
detailed herein for a period of one year from Issuance of the
Standing Offer, plus two-one year option periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on 	Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

Optional Site Visit

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the
site visit to be held at location #1: 110 Gymnasium Place
Saskatoon, SK; location#2: 107 Science Place Saskatoon, SK and
location#3: 410 Lowe Road Saskatoon SK on September 03, 2014.
The site visit will begin at 10:30 AM local time at location#1.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority no later than September 02, 2014 11:00 AM MDT to
confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who
will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance
sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative
will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not
be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or
changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
