Requirement: 

For the supply, delivery and installation of:

1.	One (1) SCC White Spec 201 G Rational Oven;
2.	One (1) Rational Mobile Oven Rack; and 
3.	Two (2) Cleveland SGL-40-T1 Tilt Fryer.

reasons, the goods can be supplied only by a particular supplier
and no reasonable alternative or substitute exists.
