Telephone No. - (403) 613-3037 ( ) Fax No. - (403) 292-5786 ( ) The supply and delivery of Fresh Eggs as required by Correctional Services of Canada, in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewanand Manitoba. The period of the Standing Offer is from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 with two Rebid periods of one year each, from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 and from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019. The delivery locations are various institutions in: • Saskatchewan • Manitoba • Alberta Requirements for each province will be evaluated separately. All offers must be submitted for each period, as per the schedule in Annex B. All prices are to remain firm for the bid periods in Annex B. Up to three (3) Standing Offers could be issued - one (1) for each province and for each period as per Annex B - Working Documents. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
