REQUIREMENT:

To supply edging made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polypropylene (PP) in accordance with Annex "A " Requirement, Annex "B" Basis of Payment, Annex “C” Compliance Matrix, and Annex “D” Delivery Destinations, for Correctional Service Canada, CORCAN, various locations across Canada, as required, during the period of the Standing Offer from date of Standing Offer Issue to March 31, 2018, inclusive.

If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional four (4) periods of twelve (12) months each, that is: from April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2019; from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020; from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021; and from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022; under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.

EVALUATION AND SELECTION:

The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for contract award.
