Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

The Parks Canada Inuvik Warm Storage Building and Compound is located at 4 River Road in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The Inuvik Warm Storage Building and Compound serves as a storage and maintenance facility for Parks Canada vehicles and equipment. 

To meet operational needs, the Inuvik Warm Storage Building and Compound is in need of washroom facilities for Parks Canada staff while they are working in the building. The building is not connected to municipal water and sewer utilities, therefore a portable washroom building is needed. 

All the deliverables must be received on or before March 19, 2021.

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements:
• The Inuvialuit Final Agreement
• The Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement
