Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Dishwasher - Prince Albert, Saskatchewan 21520-152808/A Loi, Ngan Telephone No. - (403) 292-4254 Fax No. - (403) 292-5786 Requirement: For the dismantling and disposing of existing dishwasher and for the supply, delivery, and installing (including electrical, plumbing, on-site technician, and all hardware) of a new dishwasher for the Saskatchewan Penitentiary located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan as specified in Annex "A" - Requirement. It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Saskatchewan Penitentiary- Correctional Service Canada, 15th Street West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan S6V 5R6 on August 5, 2015. The site visit will begin at 10:30 AM CST in Buffalo room, A-03 Resource Building. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 14:00 PM CST July 31, 2015 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Delivery destination: FOB Destination to Saskatchewan Penitentiary - Correctional Service of Canada located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan S6V 5R6.
