Requirement: For the removal of existing dishwasher and conveyor tables 

and for the supply, delivery, off-loading, and installation (including connection of exhaust hoods, fresh water supply, power, sewer lines, an
d soap and rinse dispensers) of a commercial dishwasher and conveyor roller tables for the Correctional Service of Canada - Bowden Institution.
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the 

work site Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Correctional Service Canada - Bowden Institution, 35022 Range Road 10, Red Deer County, Alberta T4G 0M8 on December 17, 2015. The site visit will begin at 13:00 MST.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 16:00 MST on December 10, 2015 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attende

d the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or 

do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
All visitors will be required to fill out a CPIC form as per attached. This needs to be submitted to the Contracting Authority by 16:00 MST on December

 10 in order to permit time to obtain the required clearances.
