For the provision of all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair, replace and maintain overhead doors on an "as required" basis for the  Department of National  Defence (DND) 17 Wing and the following satellite sites:

o North Site, 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
o St Charles Rifle Range, St Charles, Manitoba.

The period of the Standing Offer will be for a two-year period from Date of Issuance with option to extend the Standing Offer for three (3) additional one (1) year periods
