For the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment to provide mulching and shredding services on an "as and when required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND) at Detachment (DET) Dundurn including the training area and the Canadian Forces Ammunitions  Depot (CFAD) area in Dundurn, Saskatchewan. 

The period of Standing Offer is from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2025.

Suppliers are strongly encouraged to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
