This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the provision of Large Tents as required byDepartment of National Defense located in Edmonton, Alberta. 

The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and expertise to provide the supply, set-up, and dismantling of tents for the Department of National Defense at three (3) Canadian Division Groups. 

The tents must be fully operational from July 8, 2017 through July 17, 2017 in Calgary, and July 21, 2017 through July 30,2017 in Edmonton, inclusive for year one (1). 

The operational dates of the two (2) options years of the Standing Offer will provided by Canada minimum 20 working days prior to the delivery date, if required. 

Other events scheduled by the Department of National Defense and surrounding community will be given when individual call-ups againstthe Standing Offer are placed.
