Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of The Northwest Region Royal Canadian Mounted Police (NWR-RCMP) Fleet Management, is engaged in a comprehensive review of its procurement of Truck Accessories categorized under Good and Services Identification Numbers (GSINs) N2540005, N2540H. 

The overall goal of this Request for Information (RFI) is to engage industry and its suppliers in assessing their needs, concerns and capabilities. This information will be used as a key component of developing and finalizing a procurement strategy for the development and implementation of a Truck Accessories Standing Offer to be completed in accordance with the Canadian federal government’s procurement regulations, applicable trade agreements, policies and directives.

Respondents are asked to complete the questionnaire in electronic format and submit their responses by email to the Procurement Authority. Should respondents encounter technical difficulties with the questionnaire, respondents can send an e-mail to the Procurement Authority.

In addition, respondents are encouraged to provide their comments, concerns, or recommendations by submitting an email to the Procurement Authority. Respondents should explain any assumptions they make in their submissions.

When sending additional information or comments, respondents are asked to include the title “RFI Response - Truck Accessories” in the subject line of their email.
