Nature of Requirements: 

To supply Cotton Canvas, Army Duck on an as required basis, in accordance   with the specifications detailed in Annex ‘’A’’- Requirement for Correctional Service Canada, CORCAN, for various locations across Canada for a period of two years from issuanceof the Standing Offer, plus three (3) unfunded one (1) year option periods.

All products must be delivered to the specified address within 15-20 business days of receipt of a call-up.  An exception could be made for the first delivery, to a maximum offorty-five (45) days.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
