REQUIREMENT:

The National Energy Board (NEB) has a requirement for a well-database system. The well-database system must have a map-style graphical user interface covering every oil and natural gas well in western Canada, including production data.

The database must include all available well header information, gas composition data, basic completion information, formation tops, directional surveys and production information for all wells drilled in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The database does not require well logs or core data. The data must be updated on a monthly basis in electronic format and be available to NEB users within days of it becoming available from the sources. The data must be able to be accessed through user-defined queries

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.
