Telephone No. - (403) 613-0725 Fax No. - (306) 975-5397 This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number M5000-194321/A dated 2019-05-23 with a closing of 2019-06-04 at 14:00 CST. REQUIREMENT: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a standing offer for the supply and delivery of HEPA filters for the indoor firing range facility at Depot Division in Regina, Saskatchewan. Goods are to be provided as required during the period of the standing offer in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions detailed in the tender document. The period of making call-ups against the standing offer is two years from date of standing offer issuance, with the two (2) one (1) year options to extend the standing offer period by 1 year. Refer to the Compliance Matrix for the complete performance specifications and instructions that must be satisfied in order for a bid to be deemed responsive. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. EVALUATION AND SELECTION: The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for Standing Offer Issuance. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
