Summary

The Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Case
Processing Centre in Vegreville has a requirement for the
supply, delivery and off-loading of custom printed bilingual
file folders on an "if and when requested" basis for the
duration of the Standing Offer.  The file folders are to be
legal size, die cut along one short side, corners rounded with a
reinforced end tab (doubled) for strength.

The period of the standing offer will be from issuance to March
31, 2015,  with the option to extend this period by two (2)
additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.

Delivery of the first 10,000 folders is by May 31, 2014.

It is anticipated that a total of approximately 35,000 folders
may be required over a period of one (1) year.

The requirement is not subject to the provisions of the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

This Standing Offer excludes deliveries destined to addresses
located in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs)  areas.

Code of Conduct and Certifications
Offerors must submit a  list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006. 

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

Basis of Selection:  An offer must comply with the requirements
of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive.
The responsive offer offering the lowest total evaluated prices
will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
