Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Canada Brand Printing Materials 01044-120161/A Michniewicz, Joe Telephone No. - (613) 998-7630 Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for print materials in support of their Canada Brand Domestic Initiative (CBDI) to promote a domestic brand for the Canadian agriculture and food sector. The Contractor must produce and deliver the print materials upon request by AAFC. Period of the contract will be from date of contract award to March 31, 2013, inclusive, with two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months each. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. This procurement is not subject to any security requirement. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a contract. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
