    Nature of Requirement:
    Citizenship and Immigration Canada requires the design and fabrication of two trunk sets to act as display units. Each trunk set will serve as its own shipping container. The display units will inform Canadians about immigration and the story of immigrants through an exhibit titled Canada: Day1.
    
    The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
    
    Evaluation Procedures
    
    Mandatory Technical Criteria 
    
    M1. Experience of the Firm
    
    The Bidder must demonstrate that it has been contractually bound with two (2) different external clients to provide custom exhibit design and fabrication.
    
    Each of the contracts must have been started or completed after December 1, 2010.
    
    These two (2) contracts when combined must demonstrate that the Bidder has provided all of the following services:
    
    i. custom design of exhibits;
    ii. custom fabrication of exhibits.
    
    For each of the two (2) contracts, the Bidder must provide the following information:
    
    i. the name of the project/exhibit;
    ii. the Client contact information;
    iii. thecontract start date (month and year) 
    iv. the contract end date (month and year);
    v. a detailed description of the contract requirements for exhibit design and fabrication.
    
    Basis of Selection:
    
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
