IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS  The Government of Canada is

This request for proposal (RFP) cancels and supersedes previous
RFP number HT399-123744/A dated 2013-03-19 with a closing of
2013-04-05 at 02:00 PM EDT. A feedback session was provided upon
request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

Requirement

Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada (Agency)
has a requirement for an environmental scan, partner
identification and feasibility review as outlined in the
Statement of Work at Annex "A".

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

Period of the Contract

The resulting contract will be in effect from the date of
issuance until June 30, 2013.

Basis of Selection

Proposals will be evaluated and scored in accordance with
specific evaluation criteria. Bidders must obtain the required
minimum of the points for each rated criteria and an overall
passing mark. 

The responsive bid with the highest number of points will be
recommended for award of a contract, provided that the total
evaluated price does not exceed the budget available for this
requirement.
