    Security Requirement
    
    There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
    
    Before award of a contract:
    - the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    - the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    - the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitivework sites;
    
    Bidders are reminded to obtain the required security clearance promptly. Any delay in the award of a contract to allow the successful Bidder to obtain the required clearance will be at the entire discretion of the Contracting Authority.

    REQUEST FOR PRIVATE SECTOR ORGANIZATION SCREENING FORM
    
    A completed Request for private sector organization screening form is required for any private sector organization needing access to Protected and Classified information, assets or work sites within the next twelve months. Bidders can submit a written request to the Contracting Authority (Cassandra Andruchow) to request the completion of the private sector organization screening form that will be submitted to the Contract Security Program.

    Summary
    
    The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from bidders interested in designing, organizing and producing one (1) pyromusical Fireworks Display on July 1st 2017 during the 150th Anniversary Celebration, for the Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH).
    
    There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. 
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
