Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid. As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice is published on MERX for a period of 15 calendar days Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement for the supply of Promotional Items, identified above, with PWGSC cannot submit a bid The Department of Parks Canada requires the following promotional item: Item Number Description Quantity 1 Parks Canada Xplorers Program - Dog Tags 86,155 Mandatory delivery date for all the above mentioned promotional items is May 31, 2013. The responsive bidder already holding a Supply arrangement for promotional items from Public Works and Government Services Canada who meets the mandatory delivery date with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and this notice is being published in accordance with these agreements. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
