This is not a solicitation.   This is a notice of a procurement under Supply Arrangement EN578-121124.


Only Suppliers currently pre-qualified on Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 have been invited to bid.

As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice is published on Buy and Sell Canada for a period of 15 Calendar days. The closing date published on this notice identifies how long the notice will be published.  For the closing date of any solicitation under the supply arrangement, invited suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents.

Suppliers that do not have a Supply Arrangement for the supply of Promotional Items with Public Works and Government Services Canada, cannot submit a bid.  Any bids received from suppliers not pre-qualified on the Supply Arrangement will not be evaluated.  

Suppliers may qualify under Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 for Promotional Items, at any time. Interested suppliers should download solicitation document EN578-121124 from Buyandsell.gc.ca and submit a response as per the requirements of the solicitation.


Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires the following promotional items:

FLAG

Red and white Canada flag, with a stylized 11-point red maple leaf in its centre:
Size:
• Width 10.18 cm x length 15.27 cm (4 inches x 6 inches)
• Material: Minimum of 70 denier nylon with stitching on all sides (plus stitching to create the sleeve)

FLAG POLE WITH BALL ON TOP
• Solid (not hollow) black plastic
• Diameter of the pole: 3/16’’ (5 mm)
• Diameter of the ball on top 3/8’’ (9 mm)
• Length of the pole (including plastic ball top): 10 ½’’ (267mm)
• The flag must be glued or stapled to the pole.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
