This request for proposals seeks vendors that can provide media monitoring services that are timely, accurate, of high quality and reasonably priced.

The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is the delivery of a set of media monitoring products and services that span print and broadcast media, including media sources often not captured by traditional monitoring, such as smaller regional, local and cultural broadcast and news outlets.

The Contractor(s) must provide the Government of Canada with media monitoring products and services for one (1) or more categories as described below.

1 - Media Overview - Midnight Media Overview; Daily Media Overview; Canadian Landscape - Front Pages; Video Clippings; Transcripts political programs; Transcripts evening news programs
2 - Audio/Video clips, recordings and transcripts on request
3 - Cultural Media Overview

It is anticipated that Contracts will be awarded as follows:
 
Category 1 - Media Overview - January 2017
Category 2 - Audio/Video Clips/Recordings/Transcripts - June 2017
Category 3 - Cultural Media Overview - February 2017
