This is not a solicitation.   This is a notice of a procurement under Supply Arrangement EN578-121124.

This procurement is subject to the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.  Deliveries to Whitehorse, Yukon are subject to the Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement and the Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement.

Only Suppliers currently pre-qualified on Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 have been invited to bid.

As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice is published on Buy and Sell Canada for a period of 15 Calendar days.  The closing date published on this notice identifies how long the notice will be published.  For the closing date of any solicitation under the supply arrangement, invited suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents.

Suppliers that do not have a Supply Arrangement for the supply of Promotional Items with Public Works and Government Services Canada, cannot submit a bid.  Any bids received from suppliers not pre-qualified on the Supply Arrangement will not be evaluated.  

Suppliers may qualify under Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 for Promotional Items, at any time. Interested suppliers should download solicitation document EN578-121124 from Buyandsell.gc.ca and submit a response as per the requirements of the solicitation.

Parks Canada requires the following promotional items:


Item 1Unilingual Dog Tag

• Laser Etched aluminum Dog Tag with Silicone Silencer edging and a 24inch beaded ball chain
• 2, 1/8” x 1, 1/8” 
• Individually poly bagged
• Silicone silencer of the same color as the dog tag

• The artwork will cover the laser engraving area: 1.25" x 7/8"  
• Estimated Total English Dog Tag: 111,825
• Estimated Total French Dog Tag : 47,460
• TOTAL unilingual dog tags for specific locations to produce: 159,285

Item 2  BilingualDog Tags

The Mandatory delivery date for all items for the order quantities to the final destination is April 8, 2016.

The responsive bidder already holding a Supply Arrangement for promotional items from Public Works and Government Services Canada who meets the mandatory delivery date with the lowest aggregate price will be recommended for contract award.
