No.: (613) 991-5870 THIS NOTICE IS ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT EN578-121124. Only Suppliers currently pre-qualified on the Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 for the supply of Promotional Items have been invited to bid. As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this Notice is published on Buy and Sell Canada for a period of 15 calendar days. The closing date published on this notice identifies how long the notice will be published. For the Closing date of any solicitation under the Supply Arrangement, invited suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents. Suppliers that do not have a Supply Arrangement for the supply of Promotional Items with Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) cannot submit a bid. Any bids Received from Suppliers not pre-qualified on the Supply Arrangement will not be evaluated. Suppliers may qualify under Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 for the supply of Promotional Items at any time. Interested suppliers should download solicitation document EN578-121124 from Buyandsell.gc.ca and submit a response as per the requirements of the solicitation. Immigration and Refugee and Citizenship Canada requires the following promotional items: Maple Leaf Lapel with specific artwork to indicate the actual type of pins that are required. The order quantities totalling 400,000 units are as follows: Item Number Description Quantity 1 Maple Leaf Lapel Pin - cut to shape leaf design 400,000 The mandatory delivery date for all items and their associated quantities at the final destinations is March 29, 2018. The responsive bidder who meets the mandatory delivery date with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
