This is not a solicitation.  This Notice of Procurement is under the terms and conditions of Supply Arrangement EN578-121124.

Only Suppliers currently pre-qualified on the Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 have been invited to bid.

As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this Notice is published on Buy and Sell Canada for a period of 15 calendar days.  The closing date published on this notice identifies how long the notice will be published.  For the Closing date of any solicitation under the Supply Arrangement, invited Suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents.

Suppliers that do not have a Supply Arrangement for the supply of Promotional Items with Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), cannot submit a bid.  Any bids received from Suppliers not Pre-Qualified on the Supply Arrangement will not be evaluated.

Suppliers may qualify under Supply Arrangement EN578-121124 for Promotional Items, at any time.  Interested suppliers should download solicitation document EN578-121124 from Buyandsell.gc.ca and submit a response as per the requirements of the solicitation.

Parks Canada requires the following promotional items:

Description:
Flexible plastic (thin vinyl) bilingual medals specific to each site, along with metal chains. Each site will have a unique visual for each face of the medal (English on one side, French on the other).

Quantity (The unit of quantity includes a medal and a chain.):
123,900 in the initial order

The mandatory delivery date for all items and their associated quantities at the final destinations for the initial order is May 10, 2019. Final destinations for the initial order are multiple Parks Canada locations across Canada.  

The initial Contract period will be from the date of Contract to December 31, 2019 inclusive, with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods, and the option to purchase additional goods.

If Parks Canada chooses to exercise an option to purchase additional goods, the details of the additional goods, including quantities, colours, illustrations, distribution, destinations and delivery dates, will be specified by Parks Canada upon the signing of the agreements for the exercise of this option. The distribution may be up to 105 locations of Parks Canada.

The responsive bidder who meets the mandatory delivery date with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for contract award.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
