AMD 002 is raised to clarify a mandatory financial criteria.

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is an  administrative tribunal that regulates and supervises broadcasting and telecommunications in  Canada. The CRTC holds hearings relating to telecommunications, policies and regulations or on  procedural matters. 

The duration of each hearing varies usually from one to five days, but in certain circumstances may last for a longer period. Hearings can be held in the National Capital Region or various locations across Canada. 

The CRTC requires the services of verbatim court reporters, on a "when required" basis, to provide bilingual verbatim reporting services (using stenotyping, stenomask, shorthand, digital recording, real-time) including related transcription services.

The period of the Contract is from contract award date to May 31, 2023 with a possibility to extend the terms and conditions of the contract with 2 (two) option periods of 1 (one) year each, from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024 and from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 under the same conditions.

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

This bid solicitation is to establish a contract for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the bid solicitation to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside the resulting contract.
