    TITLE:  Disposal of Controlled Technology Access Transfer (CTAT)
    Material
    
    REQUIREMENT:
    A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all
    labour, material, tools, equipment, pickup, transportation,
    destruction, supervision, storage container(s) etc., is required
    to dispose of Controlled Technology Access Transfer (CTAT)
    Material on an "as required" basis for the Department of
    National Defence, 7 Canadian Forces Supply Depot, Edmonton,
    Alberta and in accordance with the Statement of Work, Annex "A". 
    
    To qualify a bid will have to consist of no less than 80% of
    goods and/or services of Canadian origin.
    
    
    MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
    
    Mandatory Technical Criteria at Solicitation Closing
    Failure to meet any of the following mandatory requirements at
    solicitation closing will render your 	submission non-compliant
    and given no further consideration.
    
    	a) 	Able to handle different methods of destruction: which
    include crushing, shearing 				and cutting ferrous, non-ferrous
    metal or non-metallic materials. 
    
    	b) 	Experience: in the field of Scrap Metal Recycling.
    
    	c) 	Able to handle different types of material: including
    aircraft aluminum, steel, 				electronic components, radios
    complete or sets, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous material 			and some
    non-metallic items.
    
    
    CONTRACTOR SELECTION: 
    An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
    Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
    criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with
    the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a
    standing offer.
    
    PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: 
    It is anticipated that any Standing Offer will be effective for
    three (3) years from date of standing offer issuance.
    
    
    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
