Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: TITLE: Monitoring Camp Maintenance Activities for Resolution Island Nunavut REQUIREMENT: Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of AANDC for maintenance services for their seasonal Monitoring Camp, located on Resolution Island. The work activities include the clean-up of visible mould and minor plumbing services and camp opening, including generator operation and general electrical inspection, all in accordance with the Statement of Work, Annex "A". The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs) : Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: A) Mandatory Criteria at Solicitation Closing Failure to meet any of the following mandatory requirements at solicitation closing will render your submission non-compliant and given no further consideration. 1) Experience: in the field of mould clean-up. B) Mandatory Criteria Prior to Contract Award These criteria must be met prior to award of a contract. Failure to meet any of the following mandatory criteria will render your submission non-responsive and it will be given no further consideration. For your submission to be considered responsive, you must meet these conditions within _5_ days of a request by the Contracting Authority. 1) A current letter from the Territorial Workers Compensation Board confirming that the Bidder is in good standing. CONTRACTOR SELECTION: The contractor will be selected on the basis of the Assessed Best Value to the Crown taking into account merit and cost factors. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: It is anticipated that any contract will be effective from date of Contract to August 5, 2013 inclusive. jasmine.scott@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
