Road Salt and Sand

A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply,
delivery and off-loading of Sand and Salt mixtures as per
specifications CAN/CGSB-15.9-92 Sodium Cloride Pavement De-Icer.
 (Canadian general Standards Board latest version) as required
over the winter months.  Delivery will be made to Edmonton
Garrison, SPV section.  Prior to delivery, a call must be made
to the SPV section to ensure that someone will be there to meet
the truck.  No deliveries will be accepted without prior
notification.

The period of the Standing Offer will be from date of issuance
for a three (3) year period.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
