A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of
all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and
supervision necessary to provide highway tractors without
operators on an "as required" basis for the Department of
National Defence (DND), located in various locations throughout
Northern Alberta in accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein.

Specifically, these locations include Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Edmonton, Cold Lake and Wainwright.

It is Canada's intention to issue up three (3) standing offers.

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006 and 2007, offerors must provide a list of all
owners and/or Directors and other associated information as
required. Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for
additional information on the Integrity Provisions.

The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
