1. Title: 
Fitness Facilities Corporate Membership for the Department of
National Defence, Joint Task Force North, Yellowknife, NT.

2. Objective:
The Department of National Defence, Joint Task Force North (JTFN), Yellowknife, NT has a requirement for a corporate membership to a fitness facility for military members posted to JTFN and for visiting military members.

The fitness facility will be responsible for all the paperwork that the member needs to complete, issuing the membership card, processing/managing the paperwork, etc...

There may be approximately 300 members using the facility. 

Require one (1) year contract starting May 01, 2016 ending April 31, 2017 with two (2) one (1) year options to extend.
