Cleaning and decontamination services

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W0127-150030/A dated 2016-01-25 with a closing of 2016-03-02 at 14:00 MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence, CFB Wainwright, has the requirement for cleaning and decontamination services for soft-wall tents, sea containers a fire hall, and a helicopter hangar andpossibly other training equipment and buildings, on an as-and-when-requested basis.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Building 650 in the Canteen onFriday, April 1, 2016. The site visit will begin at 9:00 a.m. MDT.  All attendees must register with the Standing Offer Authority on or before March 31, 2016, at 2:00pm MDT.
