The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base Cold
Lake, AB has a requirement for the supply, delivery and
off-loading of gravel products as per the specifications below
and the terms and conditions herein, delivered on or before
February 28, 2015.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
